1. Search for Specific Product
We offer you a convenient and exceptional online shopping experience with flexibly customized research options.
(1) Direct Search Enter the names and keywords of the product in the search bar, click the search button, and review the search results.
(2) Advanced Search Click the “advanced search” on the top of the site page and select product name or keyword, brand name, product category, price range to customize your search for a particular type of product.
(3) Category Search Click the navigation bar or product categories on our home page to search the products in the lists.
2. Review the Product
Based on your preference, click the picture of this particular product on the research page, you will reach the detail page that shows the product’s origin, size, composition, characteristics, and other related contents.
3. Sign Up and Log In
Please sign up as our member when you are ready to purchase or add the product to your shopping cart. If you are already our member, please enter your e-mail address and password to log in, if not, you can obtain our membership in the following ways:
(1) Sign up and login in any pages Click the “Sign up/log in” button at the right top of any page, new customer is linked to signup page. Please insert your valid information and submit it.
(2) To signup during shopping When you are going to purchase product or put them in the shopping cart, the system will automatically turn to the sign up page. If you are a new customer, please click the “sign up” button, insert your valid information and submit them, then you can log into our site.
4. Shopping Cart
You could add any product that strikes your fancy to the shopping cart after login success, once you have everything you need, go to checkout; or, add them to the wish list, check them out later.
5. Edit the order
To delete or revise the order or add item to cart, click “shopping cart” button at the right top of the page, visit the order summary page, and then modify them. You can find the items you wish to buy from “my account>wish list”, and you can also add them to shopping cart by clicking them. Tips: The items will remain in your cart if they have not entered the shipping process. During this time, the price, quantity and discount range may change. Therefore, the exact amount will be reflected in the final total at checkout.
6. Fill the order form
After you confirm the quantity and price of the items in the shopping cart, click CHECK OUT button then reach the page to confirm the order. Please enter your valid information for delivery and payment. Tips: Currently, we offer home delivery service, or you can pick it up at our store. We deliver within a certain time after you place your order. If you would like to schedule a specific time for delivery, please write down the timeslot at message board. After you receive the items, you can pay by either cash or debit/credit card. Please see delivery and payment for details
7. Complete the order
Please verify the information you fill out, the accuracy of the information is crucial to the efficiency and quality of delivery service. Tips: Click ORDER COMPLETE button to submit the order after you confirm the information. You can check the order detail through MY ORDER, or print it out if you like. Orders that have been submitted cannot be modified by yourself, please contact customer service right away for any change to your order.
8. Confirm the order
Customer service personnel will verify the accuracy and validity of the information after you submit them, and then they will send you a confirmation letter via e-mail which means your order becomes effective immediately upon this letter.
9. Receiving and payment
According to your order, we sorts items and assemble them into complete orders within a certain time. You can pay after receiving your items. Please make the full payments once you receive your order, no credit is given at out shop.
10. After-sale Service

Condition for Exchanging/Returning
Customer satisfaction and service integrity are our first priority. We provide the best service and quality products to our customer. Within 24 hours after you sign the purchase order form, if you are dissatisfied with any item in your order for quality problems, we guarantee that you can exchange and return it with the original receipt. We do not accept exchange and return of the following items:

2. the products have been opened, except the quality issue;
3. the products are shown on the purchase order form which has been lost, altered or damaged;
4. any product missing the original packing;
5. quality issues cause by improper use and preservation;

If there should be any quality problem, you can request an exchange/return when you pick it up from our store; or refuse to pay when you receive it. Tips: products eligible for exchange/return include cheese, vegetables, meats and other refrigerated items. We guarantee the quality in general, however, storage conditions may vary. 2. Exchange/Return within 24 Hours
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order (except for fresh and refrigerated food), please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you sign the purchase order form. Our personnel will be sent to assist you at your house.

If you request for a return at delivery, we will deduct the corresponding amount from the total.
2. 24-Hour charge adjustment

8. Which products are based on their actual weight? For those products, how the price calculated?
Some products such as vegetables, meats, cheeses vary a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by the kilogram. On the day of delivery we assemble your order and weigh each item to determine its final price.
For example, orange is ¥13 per kilo, two oranges are packed in 1 box, estimated weight is 0.5 kilo. If you buy 2 boxes of oranges, the estimated price should be ¥13. However, actual weight for them is 0.9 kilo. So the exact values for 2 boxes of oranges should be ¥11.70. Therefore, we will charge you ¥11.70 as final price.
Due to the frequent price fluctuations of fresh food, the prices on the delivery day may be different from those when you make the order. Thus, your actual payments comply with the sum showed on the receipt or the packing list of City Shop Online Store.
9. How to revise and cancel the order?
Log in and visit “My Account” to view “My Order”. You can check your order status with order number. If the order has already entered the shipping process, you are unable to modify it. In this case, please call or email customer service for help. We will revise or cancel the order according to actual situation.
10. How does my order stay fresh during transit and delivered to the assigned place on time?
We have experienced delivery personnel and exclusive delivery network. Once you submit your order, it will enter the shipping process very quickly so we can deliver it to the assigned place within a certain time.

12. What if I am not home to receive my order?
Our personnel will call you immediately if you are not at home to receive orders. You may authorize some one to pay and receive orders on your behalf. If there is no one can do that for you or we cannot reach you, all the orders will be sent back to customer service centre. And we will leave you a notepaper if possible. Please contact us once you see it.
After registering as a member for City Shop Online Store, you can earn points by purchasing online. You could check your points balance and record on “My account -> My Points”.
Your points can only be used on “City Shop Points Rewarding Center”, they are not transferable and they are not exchangeable for cash. You could use them to redeem items in “City Shop Points Rwarding Center”. You do no need to pay extra money and the one-way delivery fee.
14. How to manager My Account?
Log in and visit “My Account” page. This page contains links for editing your personal info, setting address book, and information of previous orders, wish lists and ongoing order status. In order to improve our service quality, please keep all your account information current.
