Out-of-Store Shopping Guide

1）  We accept the order through phone, fax and email. For
       the fax or email, if you do not receive our confirmation
       within 3 working hours, please contact us as soon as
       possible.      
2)    Please provide the following information in your order :
        a)  Stock No. , Description, Quantity  
        b)  Means of Payment (Cash, Credit Card, Bank Transfer)
3)    Fresh produced food such as cheese, meat, vegetable
       and fruit are sold in a minimum quantity of 100g.
4)    We also carry products that not listed in our website.
       Please don’t hesitate to inquire.
5)    The prices of vegetables and fruits alter weekly due to the
       supply in the market. Prices of other items are subject
       to change. You will be informed during the order.
6)    Time of delivery :
       Shanghai Area (except outside Shanghai)

7) C outside Shanghai are also welcomed.
       Special arrangements are made.
8)    You will be informed by phone, fax or email if there
       are any problems in your order.
9)    If you have any queries or problems in the products delivered        to you, please inform us within 24 hours upon receiving.
       Product replacement or refund will be made accordingly.
