Over 300 km from Shanghai
Procedures
are as follows :
1．Customer
places order at least 3 days prior the
expected
receiving date.
2. We
－
i) confirm
the order
ii) inform
if there is a shortage of
item
and suggest substitute
iii) confirm payment method
iv)
discuss the delivery details with
customer
3.
Customer
－
i)
confirms
the arrangement
of
product substitution
ii)
confirms the delivery details
4.
Products shipped out.
5.
We fax the invoice, Air Way Bill or Bill of Loading to
the
customer.
6.
Customer receive the products at
the local airport or
railway
station with
ID/Passport
and AWB or B/L or
any
other certificated if required.
7.
Customer has to inform us within 24 hours if there is
problem
in the products received.
Remarks
:
1） Packaging
:
It
fits for long distance transportation, and all fresh &
frozen
foods products are carefully packed with dry ice
or
ice packs and placed in an insulated container for
express
shipment.
2）
Transportation :
In
order to guarantee the quality of the food, we usually
deliver food
by air or Express Train. The fresh & frozen
products
such as cheese, vegetable and meat would
be
delivered by air. If customers choose other different
arrangements, we would not cover the lost resulted from
maltreatment.
3） Extra
charges :
Charges
will also include transportation fee and
accessory
costs such as dry ice if necessary.
