To become a member, you could register with City Shop Online Store. Membership is absolutely free and without initial purchase required.

Member Levels

There FOUR levels: VIP, VIP Silver, VIP Golden and VIP Diamond.

* Member discount does not apply to any discount items, sale items, promotional items and charge for service (including, but not limited to, charge for delivery, wrapping services and so on).

Right of Member

1、Members receive different member discount in accordance with their member level.

2、Different members reward different times for points in accordance with their member levels.

3、Members can redeem their points for fabulous gifts on “City Shop Points Rewarding Center”.

4、Members enjoy the priority in events notifications from City Shop Online Store such as special product offers or member events.

Earn Points

You could reward points with purchasing on City Shop Online Store, please see above table “Member Levels ->Points Awarded” for details. Points become effective the 8th day after the shopping fully completes.

Redemption of Points

Points Amount=Total final order amounts (delivery fee not included) ×times of points The result will be rounded up.

Expired Date of Points

The points will valid for 3 years from the month they become effective.

For example: A member earns 500 points in January and 200 points in February in year 2010. If he/she does not redeem these points by 12:00pm on Jan. 31st, 2013, the system will automatically revokes 500 points; if not redeem by Feb 28th, 200 points revoked.

Points Adjustment

Within 24 hours after the order is received by you, if any return and/or exchange occurs, points might adjusted due to change on order amounts.

Redeem Points

You can only redeem your points on City Shop Points Rewarding Center (including, but not limited to, products, events or services).

There is no charge for one-way delivery with all the products in City Shop Points Rewarding Center, please refer to the terms of delivery for delivery details. The point-redeemed items from City Shop Points Rewarding Center are not returnable and exchangeable except for quality issues.

Points Inquiry

Log in , and check your points record of both collection and use by clicking . The record would be retained for 3 years.

Terms and Conditions

1、The points you earn by purchasing items from our site have no property value, you do not have ownership for them. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the provision of collecting points. If you continue to use our reward point service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2、The points you earn from our site are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.

3、We will not issue the commercial invoice for the products, services or events you redeem in City Shop Points Rewarding Center.

4、In the event that a City Shop member achieves points in error or by frauds, we reserve the right to forfeit, terminate or limit any points mistakenly issued to such individual.

5、Please take the products in City Shop Points Rewarding Center as standard.

6、Shanghai City Supermarket Co., Ltd. reserves the final authority to determine the above.
